Oversell
Under rare circumstances we might experience high orders which may impact the ability to accurately determine stock levels and may result in you purchasing an item that no longer is in stock. In that case you are entitled to a refund or store credit of monies paid. No claims for damaged can be leveled because of this.
Mispricing
Due to the nature of electronics pricing may from time to time be inaccurate. If that is the case; we may cancel the orders and refund you or provide store credit of monies paid.
Refunds and Cancellations
Goods that have not been opened, are unused and in their original packing within 7 days if receival are eligible for refunds should you wish to cancel. You will at own cost return the product to Phauwe Digital. In transit damage or lost in transit goods is at the liability of yourself till we acknowledge delivery. Before returning get in touch with info@phauwedigital.co.za to arrange the return.
Refunds are processed within 30 days. Refunds may be subject to bank costs.
We reserve the right to reject returns if they are not compliant to our policy. We reserve the right to recover money from the refund for goods that are returned not in the original packaging or opened.
We DO NOT provide refunds for anything else than what is listed above. All warranty related claims will go through the Manufacturer warranty Programme which is separate to Phauwe Digital and no refunds will be provided for warranty related issues.
